EO South Asia – Founders Bridge Chapter

Role Overview

The Chapter Success Manager is the operational backbone of the EO South Asia Founders Bridge Chapter. This role is responsible for executing the Board’s vision, ensuring world-class member experience, and running the chapter with discipline, speed, and professionalism.

This is a high-ownership, high-impact role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, founder-led environments.


Key Responsibilities

Chapter Operations & Governance

  • Manage day-to-day chapter operations in line with EO Global and South Asia guidelines

  • Ensure compliance with EO policies, reporting, and governance requirements

  • Support Board meetings, documentation, agendas, and follow-ups

Member Experience & Engagement

  • Coordinate member onboarding, renewals, and engagement activities

  • Support membership processes including interviews, RVF follow-ups, and integrations

  • Be the first point of contact for members, ensuring responsiveness and warmth

Events & Programs

  • Plan and execute chapter events including launch, MyEOs, forums, learning programs, and socials

  • Coordinate with speakers, venues, vendors, and partners

  • Ensure high-quality execution within defined budgets

Board & Stakeholder Support

  • Work closely with the Chapter Board, Chairs, Growth Team, and EO staff

  • Track action items, decisions, and execution timelines

  • Enable the Board to focus on strategy by owning execution

Communication & Coordination

  • Manage internal communications (WhatsApp groups, emails, calendars)

  • Coordinate with EO South Asia, EO Global, and other chapters as required

  • Support social media and communication initiatives in coordination with the MarCom team


Preferred Profile

  • Prior experience with EO, YPO, or similar peer networks (EO/YPO staff alumni preferred)

  • Highly organized, process-driven, and execution-focused

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Comfortable working with senior entrepreneurs and leadership teams

  • High energy, proactive mindset, and ownership attitude
